The living area of our rental accommodation is open plan, yet is divided into three distinctive areas; the living area, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. It also has its own entrance with a private covered terrace which overlook the beautiful Charente-Maritime countryside.

This terrace enjoys wonderful shade during the hot sunny days yet in the evening bathes in the last rays of sunshine, the perfect place for alfresco dining.
Lounge Area
There is a large lounge area which has magnificent vaulted ceilings with rustic oak beams. The two sofas offer great comfort for relaxing in the evenings after a tiring days site-seeing. It is equipped with a satelite TV with DVD Player and also a selection of DVD's for entertainment. There are also a variety of board games provided for those fun family evenings.
Kitchen Area
The well equipped fully fitted kitchen over looks the swimming pool. This is the perfect place to prepare meals whilst watching your children enjoy the water. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with electric oven and a washing machine. The inventory also includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes etc.
Dining Area
The separate dining area looks out across the covered terrace to the swimming pool. There is a CD-Player/radio and CD's are provided which aim to suit most music tastes.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a comfortable wooden bed with matching bed side tables and a dressing table with a vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2
The loft-style bedroom with its beautiful old beams has twin beds. The children always love this one.
Shower Room
There is a spacious shower-room with a large shower. There is also a well positioned socket adjacent to the mirror enabling ease of use for the hairdryer, which is provided.

The beautiful 10m x 5m pool with its large roman steps is the perfect place to cool off.
The pools large covered terrace enjoys the full morning sun, enjoy your morning croissant at the mosaic tiled table whilst taking in the breath-taking views.
The pool is fitted with an automatic security cover offering parents peace of mind whilst children play safely in the 2 acre garden.
Children's Play Area
The play area includes climbing wall, slide, swings, sand-pit and small house as well as 4 large towers with adjoining walkways where your children can spend hours of fun.
Supplementary Information
Laundry - Towels (except beach towels), tea-towels and bed linen are provided at no charge. An iron and ironing board are also included for your use.
Baby Equipment - Babies cot, bath, high-chair etc are available at no charge, we have most everything you could need for your little one, so please don't hesitate to ask.
There are electric radiators throughout for year round warmth, should you wish to vist in the cooler periods. Smoke alarms are fitted. The Gite is non-smoking although smoking is permitted outside in the covered terraced area.
